HOW IT WORKS

Boat Rentals

Age Requirements/FL Boating Licence

The state of Florida requires that anyone who is renting or operating a boat or jet ski who is  born after Jan 1, 1988 must have a Florida Boaters Safety Course. The Florida boaters safety course can be taken online for free at www.boatus.com.

If you are were born before Jan 1, 1988 you do not need a Florida Boaters safety Course.

You must be born before Jan 1, 1999 to be able to rent a boat.
